The facilities at Lodore House include a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, a separate dining area with stunning views across Derwentwater and a spacious open plan living area also offering excellent views, ample seating, a colour televsion, dvd player and music system.

Guests of Lodore House are invited to make free use of the leisure facilities at the Lodore Falls Hotel which is situated next door to the property. The facilities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, solarium, tennis and squash courts. The hotel has a beautiful health and beauty spa which offers a wide range of treatments including pamper days and massages, etc. Guests of Lodore House can book any of these treatments at the hotel's reservations desk, just as if you were a guest of the hotel.

Another unique service we can provide at Lodore House is our takeaway delivery service, whereby guests staying at our self catering accommodation can simply pick up the phone and order meals to be delivered from the hotel. These include breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon teas. Lodore House residents are also welcome to make use of the hotel's relaxing lounge bar which serves a range of meals, afternoon teas and drinks including cocktails and also the newly refurbished Lake View Restaurant, which serves both lunches and evening meals.
